Meet the VCC Team!
Frank is the Operations Director, which means he runs the computer sales side of the show. Working with the VA, Frank delivers computers to veterans who are transitioning to civilian life. This includes configuration, estimating, assembly, installation, shipment, invoicing, and customer support (phew!).
Frank handles clients in several cities (Baltimore, Battle Creek, Detroit, Harrisburg, Hartford, Milwaukee, Mt. Pleasant, Philadelphia, White River Junction and Seattle).
Jeff provides training in the Denver area.
Bill Gutches has over 25 years experience in the information systems industry. His industry experience includes Web Services, Banks and Brokerage firms, Health Care, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, Computer Hardware and Software Vendors, Federal, State and Local Government agencies, Manufacturing, Education, and Consulting.
His strengths are demonstrated in satisfying business needs focused on predictability and quality in delivery by applying continuous process improvement techniques to implement best practices across the life cycle. Bill has hands-on experience with Portfolio, Program and Project Management, Quality Assurance, Software Engineering and Unified Modeling Language techniques.
Mr. Gutches has worked extensively in managing organizations focused on high-quality performance and satisfying business requirements with compliant application solutions. Bill possesses excellent communication skills and has experience interacting with people at all levels of an organization. He is a strong leader and a great team player.
